Screen printing techniques are the best way to make printed T-shirts cost-effectively and in large quantities. If a person thinks about starting a printed T-shirt business, they need to learn the Cincinnati screen printing for businesses method to lead the company to success. It is a profitable business because in this modern world, people like clothes engraved with fashion and style. T-shirts are everyday comfort wear; if they are available with fashion, style, and affordability, people will buy them.

    Screen printing procedure:

    Design:

A perfect design is needed to engrave fashion in clothing. The first step in any printing type is designing; the design, which needs to be printed on the T-shirt, will be prepared. Designs incorporating the current trends and fashion will be developed or prepared via design software. The design will be separated into layers, each with one color. Then, a different screen will be ready for each color.

    Stencil:

The stencil is a metal piece of rod. The mesh screen is a metal grid design stretched tightly over the frame. Then the emulsion, which will become harder while exposed to UV light, must be applied to both sides of the frame. Then place the transparent film on the frame; the film contains the design that needs to be engraved. Then, expose the frame to UV light; the emulsions harden the area except where light is blocked by the design in the frame. The unexposed regions of the frame are washed to allow ink to pass through. The stencil is prepared for printing. This step needs to be followed for every layer.

    T-shirt:

When placing a T-shirt that needs to be printed on the flat surface board, use light from the top to ensure the perfect position of the T-shirt.

    Apply ink:

The thick ink will be poured onto the t-shirt via the screen to print the design. The tool named squeegee, which is used to squeeze ink all over the frame, is used to spread ink. The ink only passes through the open area of the frame.

Different design layers will be incorporated into the t-shirt using the same procedure.

The design is perfectly engraved on the T-shirt.

    Drying:

The design-engraved T-shirt will allow drying using the proper drying method, such as a dryer or heat press. Curing is essential to ensure the engraved design lasts long. Curing means making ink harder by applying high heat or passing UV light to make it last longer.

This makes the design by Cincinnati screen printing for businesses sustainable through many washes.
